Dmitry Orlov is a writer on collapse, specifically the collapse he witnessed in his native Soviet Union and the collapse he foresees in the USA. I believe I've linked to his site before.
Anyway, here is his take on what anarchy is, and why it is a more natural and desireable way to organize human society than is a hierarchical system.
