More Haiti articles

Here is a good, common-sense proposal to make sure that donations for food aid go to buy Haitian-produced rice instead of imported rice. And here is a book, available free online, that I have yet to read. It is by Beverly Bell, a knowledgeable friend of Haiti, and outlines some ideas for Haiti's redevelopment based on her extensive reporting in the aftermath of the earthquake. I'm looking forward to digging into it.
