Evolution: How We Know it Happened & Why it Matters

This is a speech by Dr. Donald Prothero. He describes how evolution works, what we know about evolutionary processes over millions of years, and how we learn about ancient evolution. It's not really within the normal purview of my blog, but I think it's a good, comprehensive explanation of what evolution is, and a systematic response to people who don't understand it or who have an agenda to misinform others about evolution.
