Immigration reform

Here is video from Stephen Colbert's testimony, in character, during Congressional hearings on the AgJobs bill. I'm not sure why Colbert has chosen to champion this of all causes, but I'm glad he has. Here is an article from an Evangelical lobbyist praising Colbert's intervention. And here is the Take Our Jobs site from the National Farm Worker union. I'm not sure if the NFW is really encouraging people to take farm jobs, or trying to draw attention to the difficult conditions faced by farm workers, or what. In any case, it's good that this issue is in the spotlight right now.
