Good sense from Santos

It seems that Juan Manuel Santos, our right-of-center president here in Colombia, has been throwing around some good ideas regarding Haiti: get the UN's MINUSTAH military mission out of Haiti, and have a stronger role for civilians, engineers, and development work in its stead.
