Another critique of Paul Collier

This is an academic article from an anthropologist who analyzes Paul Collier's rhetorical style and his line of reasoning when he makes bombastic policy recommendations for poor countries. The author, Mike McGovern, is more even-handed and charitable with Collier than I normally am. Even so, he essentially rips apart the methodological and epistemological basis of much of Collier's popular work.
