A brief breakdown of the new school segregation

Here is a pretty comprehensive, easy-to-understand explanation of how schools have been and are being resegregated even after the legal desegregation efforts after the Brown vs. Board decision.  This happens in part through the creation of new school districts that cut out people of color and lower-income communities.  I've written a fair amount about this before.
