PEPFAR and Evangelicals

This is a fascinating look at PEPFAR, the US's revolutionary AIDS relief program created under President W Bush.  Evangelical Christians played a key role in creating this program, after a few decades of not-very-progressive attitudes on the AIDS epidemic.  It's a really interesting story, and continues to be relevant today.
