More on Haitian sweatshops

Here and here are two articles by Beverly Bell on the sweatshop sector in Haiti. They reference a working paper written by economist Paul Collier in 2009 (the natural disaster he refers to is the spate of hurricanes in 2008, though Haiti seems to be in a cycle of natural disasters followed by benevolent souls proposing drastic neoliberal projects to help the country recover).
